Pracaxi Oil

I love this combing oil.It has rich benefits for my hair as well as healing my hands.

I'll admit that I'm not sold on pracaxi oil for skincare. To me, its scent is way too strong, reminding me of a chocolate caramel chew, not necessarily in a bad way, but it's a bit much as a skin oil. It crystalizes and ultimately hardens in cold temperatures, so it's not the most convenient to use all year 'round, probably is best to use during the summer when it will stay liquified. It absorbs quickly, but it's a tad bit oily and greasy to me. The plus side though is that the greasy and oily consistency is amazing in hair care, particularly in hair butters. It worked fabulously in my Brazilian hair buttercream. Just be warned that it's a very rich oil with a distinctive scent and may not be the most versatile or best for everyone.

I mixed this oil with my unscented butter and my skin feels like heaven!

I opened my bottle and dabbed some on my finger. The smell was remarkable for one, and I applied it to my face, rubbed it in and...............................................BAAAAAABY! I had to do it again because I couldn't believe how quickly my skin absorbed it. I said, heck no, I'm the queen of moisturizing. But nope, this oil is light and highly absorbent, and after a few days of using it undiluted, I noticed an added silky look and softness to my skin in the shower. Maybe the oils from other vendors weren't as pure as I thought or they advertised. Baby, this is and I'm a customer for life!!!! Oh, my husband can't keep his hands off my skin now.
