African Black Soap

This soap really awesome. I cut my piece into smaller pieces and rolled them into eggs for use. IT was a bit soft for the summer heat so easy. Maybe leave it in a sunny window for a bit to make it easier if it's firm for you. I'm outdoorsy and can get muddy, sweaty and oily because of it. It's able to cut through all of that without drying my skin out. It is gentle enough for the kids but I don't use it on their faces yet because they are wiggly little things and I don't want it in their eyes. Texture: it is not a smooth soap in that it feels like there are bits in it from how it is naturally made that feel bumpy on the surface, but lathers up up great in a cloth or in hand. Scent: nothing added. I won't say no scent but the scent sensitive people in the house don't mind it and it leaves nothing on the skin. I will be reordering. I'm so glad I found this company.

You can't get better than this. Incredibly affordable, works great, and everytime I come across their instagram posts I am reassured with who I'm giving my money to. An entire pound of soap for $7 ethically produced, or a $12 mystery bottle of body wash from Walmart... EASY choice! 3cayG is slowly taking over my entire hygiene routine and I'm not mad about it, and neither is my wallet!

This is the best African Black Soap bar I've ever used. This 1 lb bar can be cut into 4 or 6 small squares, no crumbling, no special soap cutting knife needed, cuts easily with just a regular knife, ready to be wrapped up individually. I LOVE the smell, it's earthy, smoky, nutty. Soo creamy and luxurious on the skin. Some African Black soap bars can be very drying, but this one doesn't overly strip the skin, but it does have it feeling really clean and refreshed. I love using 3CayG's black cumin seed oil or baobab oil and unrefined yellow shea butter after washing my face with this. Really great for acne! The bar dries quickly in the soap dish but never feels slimy, and that one square bar goes a long way. Not bad for only 7 bucks! You really get bang for your buck with this marvelous African black soap, one of 3CayG's best products.

From start to finish I am in love with this soap. It arrived nicely wrapped in cling wrap. At first sniff, it has a slight smokey, nutty, earthy smell, but not in a bad way. I cut off a 2x2 inch piece to use and re-wrapped the rest (cut very easily with no crumbles). Let me tell you, with a bit of water it lathered up so smooth and creamy-think decadent. I washed my face and hands and the aroma once it lathers is so soothing and calming - it's a comfort smell that remains mild on the skin (I've been sniffing my hands all afternoon 'cause they just smell good and feel soft). As far as cleaning, my face felt clear and like it could breath and my skin felt smooth and soft. The bar air dried quickly and did not have a slimy melty affect. Treat yo self and give it a try. 3CayG pricing is the best I found for bars of African Black Soap.
