Excellent quality

This is a staple ingredient for my sensitive skin care brand. The quality is truly unmatched. Truly nourishing and rich in every aspect from skin to hair.

I TAKE IT BACK!!!

Ignore my initial review...after using 3CayG's murumuru butter in my hair growth oil, I'm now in love. It's such a soft, nourishing, and hydrating oil that absorbs quickly on the scalp. The earthy rain water/soil-like smell is strong, but I've grown to appreciate it too because it's so natural and lets you know that it's there and working its magic. If you know how to use it right, you might grow to appreciate murumuru too. 3CayG's Brazilian butters are top notch and I can't wait to get them all in a bigger size.

On The Fence

I'm on the fence about murumuru. It smells like dirt and rain water, but absorbs quickly, very emollient. I added it to my hair oil but still can't decide if I like it, the smell doesn't come through at all when it's diluted in this way but also doesn't seem to do anything amazing to my hair that has me excited to get a larger size. I guess I'm just not a fan.

Dirt

I can't get passes the smell. Smells like roots, grass and dirt. I tried mixing with essential oils and nothing seems to help. I will not be buying this butter again. Only good factor is that it's super absorbing.
