Shipping
All orders unless back ordered or Pre-ordered will be shipped in the order they are received. Updated processing times are located in the header of the homepage 3CayG.Com but typically ship within 2-3 Business days.
We ship within the US and internationally. International shipments do not include import duties and taxes. These charges, if due, will be the responsibility of the buyer in the destined country. Refunds will not be issued for ordering items that may be prohibited in the destined country.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Lost/Damages
USPS Lost packages require a min of 15 days for packages to be delivered or a claim to be filed on your behalf.
USPS Marked Delivered, please reach out to your local post office to file a missing package report. It is highly suggested to request your package to be held at the post office if porch delivery is not acceptable as we will not be able to replace or claim stolen packages.

FedEx/UPS lost or damaged packages please contact us for assistance.
Most FedEx deliveries will be door step deliveries and do not require a signature. If you require package signatures or would like your package held for pickup, please contact us before ordering for signatures or after ordering to request a package held for pickup.
Freight Collect: If you would like to arrange for your LTL or Truckload carrier to pickup at our warehouse, please email info@3cayg.com for scheduling. We also have no problem with shipping on your UPS, DHL, or Fedex account. Please email your order to info@3cayg.com for invoice.
Customer Pickup:
We strongly suggest that you order online and give at least 24 hours before picking up your order. All orders need to be pulled from inventory and staged in warehouse for pickup. Phone orders are also accepted for pickup. We do get busy at times and may not be able to accommodate same day pickups on large orders. Please call ahead at 904-930-4554 to ensure we will be able to pull your order.
